News: Early character and Tempest designs in Mass Effect: Andromeda concept art
A former UI Artist at BioWare Montreal who worked on Mass Effect: Andromeda has posted some early concept art on Artstation (via Eurogamer) that shows off some of the game's early ideas.
Currently at Eidos Montreal, Eric Bellefeuille and his images show some of the changes made during the game's five-year development such as apparently being able to choose the focus (military or scientific in the final game) for each of your settlements rather than just Eos, as it is in Mass Effect: Andromeda.
As well as that, Ryder's room on the Tempest looks to hold a massive Pringles-tube where SAM (Andromeda's AI) would've lived, rather than just on Pathfinder's desk as a sentient lamp.
